What is your return and exchange policy?
If your product is damaged or defective, please email us your order number along with a photograph, so we can look into sending you additional box/boxes. Once your request has been accepted and processed, we will ship within 2 business days.
What is your 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee?
If you're not satisfied with our product for any reason, simply email us for a refund within 30 days of your order. Depending on your order, we may have you ship your remaining boxes back before issuing your refund. Shipping costs and donations are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
